We here at Imperial Security Bureau are extremely concerned by the reports of an Imperial Regional Governors being murdered on the Outer Rim planets of Batuu and Vandor,” The Director of Imperial Intelligence said. “Our concerns go out to the families and friends of the dead. Every day, new holoreports of persecution are being documented in the Outer Rim. Many Regional Governors fear this may be the new normal for the planets as Rebel enclaves and others that support them have been allowed to attack the Governors and other Imperials with impunity. The Outer Rim must take steps to counter the growing wave of intolerance and violence.
