SWAG 77 TWITTER GUIDELINES

TWITTER GUIDELINES:

Make sure you read our COMMUNITY GUIDELINES for all social media platforms

SWAG 77 IS A CLOSED RP which means you must be a SWAG 77 member approved in good standing.

We vet our members.

SWAG 77 ROLEPLAY PERFORMANCES ON TWITTER ARE PRE-APPROVED. This rule is strict. No exceptions. All Twitter accounts must be linked to Facebook and/or Tumblr.

HAVING A RP ACCOUNT DOES NOT GUARANTEE MEMBERSHIP INTO SWAG 77

Twitter RP accounts can lack security. Due to the 140 character size, RP stories cannot be expressed as much as other social media platforms. Therefore we must vet all RPers before a Twitter RP, and they must be on Facebook and/or Tumblr.

Only exception to this rule are Star Wars VIPs and celebrities.

Not all posts or messages merit a response to a Tweet. Tag repeats from outsiders will be blocked.

Necroposting is dumb. Don’t do it.

ON TWITTER any harassment by an unknown, unverified person will be blocked without explanation.

ON TWITTER SWAG 77 members have priority RPs. Story campaigns are approved outside of Twitter. The ultimate goal is to respect the content and timeline of Disney Lucasfilm. SWAG 77 members are respected and trusted.

SWAG 77 READS STAR WARS EVERYDAY! Our story arcs are written in advance. RARELY are there out of character (OOC) discussions on lore. Personal mundane discussions are prohibited.

Our character Twitter accounts are NOT places of discussion of Star Wars Lore or personal opinions. Our accounts are like “mini-theaters”: Watch our characters on social media, which the audience can interact with them. If a post piques our interest, our character accounts will respond.

Real life and Star Wars controversial discussions are prohibited on RP Performance Twitter accounts.  That is not roleplay and what does it have to do with Star Wars directly? Only the Cost of Star Wars Fandom (Twitter) is devoted to controversial discussions. SWAG 77 does not troll, stalk or stan. We are human and sometimes we will share our real-life opinions and they will be on our real life accounts. We ask fans to understand our process:

SWAG 77 is here to RP perform Star Wars

We rule out gossip on Twitter through our membership vetting process, story arc production and RP performance schedules. Which means, SWAG 77 RPs take precedence over obvious RPer accounts. Only VIP Celebrity Verified accounts are permitted to seriously RP with SWAG 77 and not be members.

Foul language, PROFANITY or social injustice epithets are absolutely unacceptable. Our accounts are PG-13+. Tweets are curated professionally and are never deleted. Twitter is written in ink, not pencil and cannot be erased. Once you post profanity, it is there forever.

ANY USE OF REAL LIFE SLURS invokes the “ONE STRIKE RULE”: It will be reported, the individual will be blocked and the account reported. We have zero tolerance for such behavior. There is no freedom of speech on a SWAG 77 account. BIGOTRY is not Star Wars Fandom.

All trolls will be blocked with extreme prejudice. If the account is stanned and doxxed, the police will be notified.

SWAG 77 Fictional Character accounts are just that –FICTIONAL CHARACTERS!

THERE WILL BE NO FANTASIZING with our Fictional Character accounts.

RANDOM CHARACTERS WILL NOT “hook up”, “catfish” or “ship” our fictional characters.

REAL LIFE NAMES ARE NOT the name of fictional characters.

DO NOT live through a fictional character – have some dignity and love!

WE ARE ACTORS

WE PERFORM

WE ARE NOT WISHING OUR REAL LIVES WERE LIKE OUR FICTIONAL CHARACTERS!

WE ARE NOT OUR FICTIONAL CHARACTERS!

WE HAVE A LIFE OUTSIDE OF OUR ROLEPLAYS!

WORK WITH SWAG 77 TO CULTIVATE FRIENDSHIPS BY THE GREAT WORKS THAT WE DO!

RP PERFORMANCE CRITIQUES ARE NOT DONE ON PERFORMANCE ACCOUNTS. IT CAUSES AN OUT OF CHARACTER RESPONSE.

LEARN THE BASICS OF RP BEFORE CRITICIZING! RP EDUCATION IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS.
