Ok. This is illegal if on an application. You can’t discriminate against an entire age group of people. And what is an “attitude” exactly under legal definition? So they behave arrogant to your specifications… I know someone who runs this country like that, and he’s definitely not a millennials though I have questions, so, there’s that.
